Colorado requires that STUDENTS.S_CO_STU_X.parent_res_district be filled with a district code value if STUDENTS.S_CO_STU_X.Attend_Info is 04. Could Level Data develop a validation rule that flags students with a blank vlaue in S_CO_STU_X.parent_res_district if S_CO_STU_X.Attend_Info is  04?

    I think this would be a useful validation. The rule sounds straightforward: flag any student where S_CO_STU_X.Attend_Info = 04 and S_CO_STU_X.parent_res_district is blank.

    It would also help if the validation message clearly identified the student and the missing residence district field, so districts know exactly what needs to be corrected.
