Colorado is adding a new state reporting field for Free/Reduced Lunch tracking this year: S_CO_STU_X.AtRiskStatus. This field has some code values that should ONLY be used at CEP schools (schools.s_sch_x.cep_school = 1).
Could Level Data create a validation rule that flags an issue for students enrolled at a school where Schools.s_sch_x.cep_school = 0, but the student’s S_CO_STU_X.AtRiskStatus field value is 13, 16, 19, 23, or 26? Using one of these values at a non-CEP school will cause an error in state reporting.
