- Update User Lists. Add new staff, update roles, remove departed users, confirm building assignments.
- Review Program Changes. Archive unused programs, add new ones, confirm categorization and grade/subject mappings.
- Update Program Costs. Enter updated contract costs, note pricing changes, record funding sources.
- Secure Back-to-School Training. Set up a session with your CSM and share the training calendar with your team.
- Notify Your CSM of SIS or Benchmark Changes. Switching systems or providers? Loop in your CSM early.
